i'm a ph.d. student in the computer science and artificial intelligence laboratory at the massachusetts institute of technology. within the lab, i'm a member of the theory of computation group, and also the computation and biology group. my reserach has focused on applying mathematical models to various problems in structural proteomics, transcriptomics, and experimental design.
i received my master of science (sm) degree from the electrical engineering and computer science department at mit, and i received my bachelor of science (bs) in computer science with a minor in mathematics from tufts university.
